100% handmade Neapolitan Pizza — wood fired brick oven baked. All pizza are 12 inches / 30cm round made with naturally leavened sourdough left to ferment for a minimum of three days resulting in a flavoursome and easily digestible dough. Our Acunto brick oven, flour and San Marzano tomatoes from Naples, Italy.

What to expect. Few ingredients, light quality toppings. A thin crispy layer to outer crust, with a moist base, good stretchy chew and flavour. Leopard spotted look, many black spots around paler dough. True Neapolitan pizzas are not stiff, so hard to pickup, prepare to fold to enjoy their moist chewy goodness. Tables are allocated for 1.5–2 hour time periods depending on size, and day of the week. Buon Appetito!
